KOSTYRKA® clamping sleeves are available in a wide variety of designs. Clamping sleeves without a flange ring can absorb forces in the longitudinal direction. Torques, such as those occurring on spindles and shafts, require clamping sleeves with an integrated flange ring. KOSTYRKA® expansion sleeves and table clamps are used for clamping rotary tables and indexing devices.

Clamping sleeves with a flange ring absorb axial and tangential forces. Otherwise, in terms of their mode of operation, the materials used, operating conditions and tolerances, they correspond to classic clamping sleeves without a flange ring. This means they clamp without displacement force and develop unusually high holding forces in the smallest of spaces. KOSTYRKA® clamping sleeves with flange ring are always adapted to the customer’s specific requirements; accordingly, KOSTYRKA now manufactures over 3000 designs.
